Tidy.co website has been created by Arthur Morse, to help individuals at all levels "tidy" their thoughts and plans and assist them to achieve a fruitful career.

Arthur Morse is an engineer and physicist with experience running projects for private companies, government departments and UN agencies in many countries.

He was born in the United Kingdom. He lives in Switzerland and he travels frequently to South East Asia and China. Currently he focuses his attention on helping university students, graduates, young professionals and senior executives. He created InsightCV to publicize and promote career counseling activities and now he has developed Tidy.co to further promote his work.

“When I was a young graduate, I often wondered why some of my brightest friends were not successful in being called for interviews, whereas others, apparently less qualified, were.

It was only when I became head of recruitment for a very large organization and my team recruited hundreds of graduates for management and engineering positions, that I understood the reason.

Now decades later the same selection and interviewing techniques are used, and, after helping many graduates, young professionals and senior executives to progress in their careers, I have decided to share my experience.

Together with a partner who has developed a highly successful eLearning platform., www.promptskill.com, we have produced a CV and résumé preparation course.

The course comprises about an hour of videos together with many tips and downloadable templates. In one location it is a self-help course, which provides the essential information to allow the preparation of a CV and a résumé, and how to respond to an advertisement and provide the best chance to be invited to interview.
